1:8 De Lorean Chassis Display Model

Developed with the intention of museum display and to be accompanied by 2 other models communicating the construction process of the DeLorean car. The chassis is made in parts from laser cut from acrylic. All parts were CAD drawn for easy assembly. Suspension components also feature laser cut elements combined with sprayed brass parts. The tyres were cast in polyurethane resin from master moulds made using lathed Ureol-chemiwood with acrylic detailing.

This Model was displayed as part of the DeLorean 30th Anniversary Celebrations at the Europa Hotel in Belfast May 2011.
