These relief badges were intended for museum use as part of a memorial display to the Auxiliary Fire Service during the Second World War. They were made using silicone molds with both polyester and polyurethane resins in an effort to experiment with the outcome. Each badge was cast using different metal powders to achieve a metal finish as well as using pigmented resin. Each badge is 30 cm high.
