Tim Groom Architects 'Excelsior' 1:200 Presentation Model

The site of the former Excelsior printing works located just outside central Manchester on the river Irwell is set to be transformed into modern apartments.

This model was commisioned by the architects in 2017 and is made from Mahogany, Plywood, Obichi and Jelutong. Scale details made from etched brass.
